What we collect and why

If you sign in with Google, Supabase receives your Google account identifier, email address and basic profile (such as your name and profile picture) and uses them to authenticate you and manage your account. If you sign in by email, we process your email address and the verification code. We do not request access to the contents of your Gmail, your contacts or your Drive files. We do not sell information obtained through Google, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

Tactics data

Tactics, player names and notes are stored on your device. While you are signed in, tactic names, scenes, positions and any text you type, together with the names and numbers or roles of players on your roster, player groups and custom formations, are sent to Supabase with your account ID and synchronised across the devices signed in to the same account. Data created before you signed in is only synchronised if you copy it across using the import action inside the app. Edits made offline are sent once the connection returns. If you choose to share or export, the data goes to whatever destination you select.

Entitlements and purchase information

Supabase holds your account ID, your plan entitlement and a record of administrator actions. If you use the store purchase feature, RevenueCat processes purchase-related information such as your account ID and subscription status. Payment is taken by the Apple App Store, Google Play or Stripe; this app never receives your card number. The app is currently offered to closed-test participants, and general sale is being prepared.

Advertising

The free version shows Google AdMob banner ads (test ads at present). To serve ads and prevent fraud, device and network information and data about how ads are displayed and interacted with may be sent to Google. On iOS you are asked for tracking permission the first time; if you decline, only non-personalised ads are served. Where required, a consent screen is shown and you can revisit your choice from the account screen in the app. Tactics data is never sent for advertising purposes. No ads are shown while Pro is active.

Third-party services

We use Supabase for authentication and entitlements, Google for sign-in and verification email, RevenueCat for purchases, Stripe for payment on the web, and Google AdMob for advertising in the free version. Verification email is sent from pitchstudio3034@gmail.com. These services may process the IP address, timestamps and diagnostic or transaction records that accompany the connection. Their own terms apply, including where processing takes place outside your country. Access information arising from serving this information site may be processed by the hosting provider.

Retention and deletion

Authentication details and entitlements are kept while your account is in use. Deleting your account from inside the app removes your Supabase authentication details and plan entitlement, along with the tactics, roster entries and player groups held in the cloud. Copies left on your device should be deleted from the tactics list or the roster. Exported files and shared copies should be deleted wherever you sent them.

The audit record of entitlement changes (who acted, whose account, what changed and when) currently survives account deletion, and no automatic retention limit is set. Operational logs, backups and transaction records held by third-party services are not erased at the same time. Requests to delete these are accepted through our contact address; after verifying your identity we will confirm what can be done with each service and reply. We cannot guarantee that every record is erased immediately.

Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it where you bought it. Disconnecting the app from your Google account is done in your Google account settings.

Users and safeguards

This app is intended for people interested in football. If you are a minor, please read this notice with a parent or guardian and obtain any consent you need. Enquiries from parents and guardians are welcome at our contact address. Signing in with Google is optional; email verification is also available. Administrator actions are checked against server-side permissions, which prevents ordinary users from altering entitlements.

To review, correct or delete your information, please write to our contact address. Significant changes to how we use or collect information will be announced on this page and in the app, and we will ask for consent where that is required.
