What these terms cover

These are the conditions for using Pitch Studio, provided by Orfevre 3034. The app is currently offered to closed-test participants, and general sale is being prepared.

Storage and plans

Tactics are stored on your device. Please export anything you need to keep. The free plan allows up to 3 tactics with up to 3 scenes each. Pro allows up to 50 tactics with up to 50 scenes each. If your entitlement changes, you can still view, edit and export the tactics you already have.

Price

Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. It can be bought from the App Store, Google Play or this website. Payment is taken by Apple, Google or Stripe depending on where you buy; this app never receives your card number. The displayed price and any tax added depend on your region and its tax rules. Check the exact amount on the screen shown before you confirm the purchase.

Renewal and cancellation

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel at any time. How you cancel depends on where you bought it: through Apple's subscription settings if you bought on the App Store, through Google Play's subscriptions if you bought there, and through the subscription management shown on the account screen in the app if you bought on the web. Deleting the app or deleting your account does not cancel the subscription. After cancelling, Pro remains available until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

Refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play follow each store's own rules and procedures. For purchases made on the web, please contact us. Given the nature of a digital service, we may be unable to refund a period that has already been used. Nothing in this section limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Accounts and prohibited use

Do not share your verification code with anyone. Using another person's account, obtaining permissions improperly, interfering with the service, and any use that infringes the rights or privacy of others are prohibited.

Content you create

Rights in the tactics and other content you create belong to you or the relevant rights holder. It is up to you to confirm that you hold the rights or consent needed before sharing.

Use by minors

Please review these conditions with a parent or guardian. Obtain their consent before making a purchase.

Faults and changes

Please report faults to our contact address. The service may be unavailable because of network problems or maintenance. Significant changes to features or conditions will be announced in the app and on this page. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you.
