Deleting your account from the app
Sign in, open the account screen and use "Delete account".
If you cannot use the app
Write to the address below from your registered email address with the subject "Pitch Studio account deletion". We will verify your identity and proceed. If you no longer have access to that email address, tell us and we will discuss the alternatives.
Never send us passwords, verification codes or card numbers.
What is deleted and what remains
"Delete account" in the app removes your Supabase authentication details and your plan entitlement. Tactics on your device and files you have exported must be deleted wherever they are stored. The audit record of entitlement changes, operational logs, backups and transaction records held by third-party services are not deleted at the same time. See the privacy policy for what is retained and how to request further deletion.
About subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it through the subscription settings of the store where you bought it.
